  Any car repair place is going to have its share of one-star reviews and perhaps I've just been lucky. But I have always found them to be accommodating, polite, and efficient. I guess the bottom line is that I trust them.

  The technician and sales advisers where both friendly and honest about the problems I had with my vehicle. They were very efficient and communicated various offers and options available to me corresponding to the repairs being made on my car.

  I was greeted early this morning by James. He was all smiles and finishing up a call when I walked in. He was very pleasant with whom he was speaking with on the phone and I liked that. Donnie and James took excellent care of me today. This location has earned all my future business. I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of as I am a single female who knows nothing about cars. I also love the water bottles in the reception area (nice touch) I will continue to bring my car and son's car to Firestone because of the EXCELLENT customer service. Have never been treated so well. Thank you to the staff at Granbury Road!

  Exceptional service!! When this morning to get a diagnostic check and was helped by James. Great customer service. Very fast service!
