  Had an alignment done recently and had my NEW MOOG suspension parts replaced with OEM parts of you work on your on car DO NOT have them work on your car

  When I walked in I was not greeted he ask what you need I said yes sir y’all did a state inspection on my vehicle and y’all claimed my lights was out so I let y’all fix them and the lights are still not working. His Response is I will not get to you until 345 and remind you its to look at a light so he was giving me attitude and talking back to me so I told him where is your manager he had a attitude ack like he didn’t want to give me a name so he gave me a card I said what is your name his name was Omar so I said I will call him tomorrow he said yea whatever that’s fine............. Worst customer service ever I will not be back and I think they broke my lights because my lights was not out when I brought them my car very pissed off.......

  I am now a believer: my friends in Coppell always rave about their local Firestone and it was by default that I wound up at this location, but I literally cannot say enough about how straight forward, honest and knowledgeable these guys were. Quite literally made my day. They diagnosed and fixed my problem quick and without any attempt to gouge me whatsoever. I will be, like my friends in Coppell, returning faithfully to Firestone. Way to go Firestone!
