  Shop's great, but by great I mean they wrecked my $400 front lip on my Camaro, and the car still drags left even after the wheel alignment. Never coming back here.

  My first fire stone experiance I schedule a appointment for standard oil change and tire rotation I arrive 5 minutes earlier speak to a firestone employee say I have a appointment give them my name he finds me in the system I hand him my vehicles keys he says it will take a hour I think why a hour I scheduled a appointment should take at most 25 minutes for it to be done All of the technicians were hanging around talking to each other I walk around the facility to kill time a half hour passes Since I arrived then they pull my vehicle in to start working on it mind you they were not working on other vehicles while I was waiting first half hour they were just talking to each other another another 30 minutes goes by it’s a full hour now my vehicles oil was changed tires rotated I pay the bill make small talk with firestone worker very respectful and kind I received my receipt go to my vehicle check to see if I received a new oil life sticker they did not put a new updated sticker on my vehicle so I go back tell a worker they did not put a new updated oil life sticker on my wind shield he says they most of ran out of stickers goes to look for one comes back with one says we had to manual make one that’s fine and he added 8 thousand miles to my vehicles oil life sticker and receipt I came in with 130993 miles on my vehicle not 138993 so they said my next oil change service was due at 141993 miles on my vehicle so that’s just pure laziness I will not be ever plan on coming back to a firestone location for any kind of work if they are gonna make mistakes like this that could have damaged my vehicle

  One of the WORST experiences I have EVER had with a mechanic. They had told me that my engine broke and that it would cost thousands to fix. I decided to take it to my normal mechanic that I trusted and it turns out I just needed $200 worth of work done. I’m disgusted with the morals of the workers at this place. Take your businesss ANYWHERE ELSE but here.

  Needed tires. Was able to get Black Friday deal. 4 tires less than $400.00 installed. Better deal than anyone else.

  The Service Manager was excellent! Very courteous and very considerate of how much I was spending, what was needed, etc. No upsale schemes (didn't try to sell me something I didn't need). Just good, old fashion sales technique. Excellent service. I have ALREADY recommended them to a couple people. I will be going back.
