  Unwelcome service toward me as a african american . Honestly felt like they didnt care for my time, leaving me little info before taking my keys. Never heard of a mechanic taking a hour or so to do a oil change, being i was the only one in the lobby with a scheduled appointment . Oil change was 2x expensive then what ive ever paid. The guy helping me had a disturbed mood with me. I didnt trust them with my money so i left.

  Noticed a low tire on my SO's car around 4pm on a Sunday. Took the wheel off and found a screw in the tire. I immediately went online to find a place to repair it and most of them were already closed. I found this Firestone that closes at 5pm, so I gave them a call not expecting much. Jerry answered the phone and told me to come on down and they'll take a look at it. I stopped in and walked out with a repaired tire within 15 mins. Very reasonable price as well. I will definitely come back for future repairs.

  Clean store.good.friendly.helpful and honest employees.One of my best first experiences in a mechanic store. (Extremely highly recommended).(The manager John).was absolutely fabulous to me and for me.My first visit was free when he could have charged me.I extremely greatly appreciate that.Thanks so much.(absolutely fabulous):):):) specifically (my being a proud gay male) I am sometimes discriminated against (unfortunately) in some places I go into even though that should be a thing of the past.still it does still happen unfortunately (sometime).he saw me as the good person I am and he did not discriminate against me.thanks so much again:):):) my personal opinion and experience.(Firestone Complete Auto Service deserves (7) out of 5 stars).I hope they always treat all of their customers the way they treated me.no matter the lifestyle:):):) Live and Let Live:):):) accept:):):) and love:):):)
