  I would better give a 0 star if it was possible. Late work and disgusting excuses.rude staff as if they arent paid enough. I left my car at 2pm for oil change and went there by 5 as they said but my car was still on queue whereas there were just 2-3 cars at 2pm. Kripaya yo thau najanu hos ..

  Was Told They Would Inspect The Tire If It Was Removed From The Vehicle. The Vehicle Had The Check Engine Light On. Ok, Did That At Home. Then They Refused To Inspect The Tire After It Was Removed From The Vehicle. Itz A Firestone Tire With Road Hazard Warranty. Then, They Mounted It Wrong. Inside Sidewall, On The Outside. It Was Labeled. What A Day.

  I bought my current set of tires here about two years. I haven't been super impressed with the quality of the tires themselves. They're the Firestone brand, the top of the line model that fits my car, and I've already had to have two patches done. My last set I got from Discount Tires and went around 60,000 miles without a single issue. But I don't have many complaints about the shop itself.all the workers I've met have been very nice and helpful. The waiting room is pretty small but there's a TV, bottled water, and Keurig machine that they'll stock. Everytime I've gone in there they've been pretty busy so there's a long wait but they've let me drop off my car and have called me when it's ready so that's nice at least.

  I've been to all of the Firestone stores in Irving, and found them all lacking to one degree or another. So when my company vehicle needed maintenance, I dove into the Google ratings for other nearby stores. This one in HEB was the best combination of proximity and rating. I also saw several comments singling out Amber's customer service skills. Sure enough, when I called for an appointment, Amber answered and had me set up in no time. Ryan checked me in, and although he was handling multiple customers and ringing phones by himself, he did the thing too many never think of: he didn't ignore me. Instead, he greeted me and told me he'd be with me as soon as he could. The rest of the visit was all I ever hope for--that is to say, uneventful. The work was done prior to the promised time, company billing went through without needing my intervention, and I received a call to let me know that the car was ready for retrieval. More than worth the extra 10 minute drive. I've found my mechanic.
