  Purchased my tires with the full coverage and lifetime balance from Firestone. Took my car in for a rotation and tire balance. After the rotation the car shook over 50 mph. Took it back in and they balanced the tires (again or probably for the first actual time). Went to have the brakes changed (different shop). Told me I was missing a hub centric ring. Firestone tried to blame it on the other shop. I’ve used Firestone for the last few years (several different locations) and have had almost exclusively negative experiences. Ripoff artists and I am done using them.

  I highly recommend this Firestone Store! Their services is great as well as customer service! I came to this store for a full car exam, Did a tire replacement, and some other parts got repaired as well. It was a typical Thursday afternoon when I drop off my car, they had a lot of customers that day but they still managed to get my car fixed. They worked extra hour and a half and had it done by 7:30pm, tho they usually closes at 6pm. So, it just impressed me how they are willing to take extra effort and time without charging me for extra. :)

  It took awhile for the guys to tell me that what I thought was a simple flat repair turned out to be a tire replacement because of where the nail went in. After some frustration on my part the guys were fantastic. Great deal on a new tire and back on the road quickly for our return trip to Canada.

  Always take care of my work there... and make things right if they need to... I don't go anywhere else.

  I came in here in a season of hard times and they were able to assist me and take care of the problems. The workers went out of the way to make sure everything got done fast and efficiently! This will be the only place I would bring my cars to get tires from now on. The managers was great as well and a gentleman named Ivan. In this time off craziness they helped bring some balance!!! Best place period!
