  Good place oil changes are good ...good people working at the front I had as little issue but it was resolved....make an appointment or you will be waiting a long time......

  Great customer service! They serviced my tire in under 15 minutes. They squeezed me in although being busy.

  Firestone complete care services 4 of my family vehicles and has done so for 8 years. They are always pleasant and welcoming and have always fixed my cars on the first visit. From car inspections to tune ups to suspension work, they have done it all.

  Gave me a list of items wrong with my car... Promptly too my car to 2 other mechanics to verify... Only 2-3 items out of 8 were valid... The rest were just running up my bill, or in one case giving them reason not to honor my lifetime alignment... Beware... I won't be returning, and I was a customer for over a decade... Also claimed the tires on my car we're not purchased from them, but I haven't bought tires anywhere else in over a decade, and had the receipts to prove it...

  Do not go to the Newburgh location. Come here for any of your alignment needs and servicing these guys are awesome. Brian and his crew of guys are the best in the area highly recommended
