  I have followed the manager, Tristen to three different stores now. Every time he gets one up and performing well, the higher-ups switch him. He is obviously a phenomenal leader and great at what he does. His latest team works well together. These guys have obviously been doing their craft for quite some time. Great work, gentlemen and new lady! #customer4life

  Had to have a tire repaired without any appointment. Staff was friendly and worked me in quicker than I expected.

  I have never written a review in my life for customer service but had a very bad experience. The customer service was terrible. They charged me for a diagnostic test that did not even happen. They tried to sell me on several things i did not need. They did one fix without even asking and tried to charge me $88. They told me i needed $1200 worth of repairs before doing a diagnostic test. There are alot of repair places in the area. DO NOT WASTE your time going to this Firestone. When i confronted the tech about the charges and what was really wrong with my truck they had no answers other than theories and suggested fixes. None of them were actually needed. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. i would not go back even if i broke down right in front of the place.

  This location always seems very busy (next to large intersection), overbooked, & consistent poor customer service skills. 2 months ago, I made an Friday appointment to get my tires looked at and waited 6 hours rather than the promised 2 hours. Cancelled then immediately took my car to the Firestone on the east side of 24 and my car taken into the bay in 15 minutes, out in 1 hour. However I decided to give them another try on a Thursday. Walked in when they had an entirely EMPTY bay to ask for an inspection - my routine before long road trips. Wasn't immediately greeted by any of the 4 workers playing around the front area, they also thought I was someone who had been calling in about their car and initially treated me very rudely until they realized it wasn't me. Took them 30 minutes before my car was pulled into an EMPTY bay and they needed another 45 minutes just to rotate tires - seriously?! They recommended $600 in repairs. NOPE. After wasting my time again and poor customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere and pay someone who can do the job timely.
