  Happy driver. We we’re out of town on a Sunday and no one was open but this establishment. Squeezed us in and was in and out 10 left 12:30. We Paid $570 and to find and fix our bearings problem (pricey but you get what you pay for) Thank you Treavor for exceptional customer service and squeezing us in! Didn’t try to upsale. Thank you Roberto for taking care of my soccer van 😍 You two saved 3 lives today!😬 received warranties and additional maintenance.

  Normally I enjoy visiting & having my oil change and or tires cared for. Today was a bit of confusion (on their part!) allowing/causing me to return for a minor tweek of ????. All's good now! =)

  Went in for an oil change and wheel alignment, after only a few hours of driving I lost all my power steering and my motor was smoking. Had to habe someone else drive it because the steering was to hard Ann's they couldn't turn the wheel to get it in a parking spot. So I ended up getting my car towed. I will say Trevor had great customer service when I arrived,very personable. Loved him. However no-one explained in person anything my car needed only over the phone. So idk what happened but my car had been running fine before I took it to Firestone. So no thanks for another visit.

  Better than dealership prices. Take my Matrix here for regular service. Tires. Wipers. Service is always good. Get the lifetime alignment plan if you plan to come here regularly (pays for itself in a couple visits).

  Great service and great mechanics. Shout out to Ruben niebla the best mechanic there!!! Too Dad when I went there they said he no longer works here
