::I walked in the restaurant and was NOT greeted! The worker by the door looked at me with a half smile and continued to clean. No one behind the counter greeted me at all. After sitting in the lobby for 10 minutes I asked about my order and it was ready THE WHOLE TIME!!! This is the only Firehouse I’ve walked into and wasn’t greeted! And to add to it they told me I should’ve said something first smh lol.

::I have been to many different firehouse locations and this one is an abomination. If I wanted poorly made sandwiches and terrible service I would have chosen to go to Subway! Rude employees and disgusting ingredients is not a great combination. The only thing that was appetizing was the chips. I would recommend an entire new staff but I am sure that wont happen. Until then, never again!

::Great food. Horrible customer care. Ordered online. 15 mins later food not started. Asked to use the bathroom while I waited. Told it was closed because it was just cleaned. Staff is rude. Walked past me at least 7x no exaggeration before even talking to me. Will not frequent this location. Felt very unwelcomed. 😑

::I went there to redeem a T-Mobile Tuesdays coupon for an Italian sub. I got macaroni and cheese as well (added a bit of sugar when i got home). The whole meal was absolutely delicious. The customer service was even better than the meal! I have worked in customer service for 8+ years. It has been so long since I have had such a beautiful and flawless customer experience like that. Greeted when i walked in. The man that assisted me was so intuitive that he nearly read my mind. I was offered courtesy water on this scorching hot day. Then the food was prepared very quickly and neatly. For the short wait, the man gave both my daughter and Me a firefighter chief hat to entertain her. Iwt was a great experience. I cant wait to go back!

::Waited 40 mins for a sub. They took Door dash orders instead of helping people actually in the restaurant. The cashier never smiled and looked miserable like she didn't even want to be there. Instead of being honest and saying it was a 45 mins wait she kept saying it's a 10-15 min wait. People demanded refunds because they spent their entire lunch break there and still didn't get food and had to go! I've never wrote such a long review because I've never experienced this at a Firehouse Subs before. 😏
