  I was treated very Rude!!! This young black girl was sassy and arrogant and laughed in my face. She needs to be let go. She said she was a manager, I doubt it. She was dressed sloppy and her her didn't look combed, without a hair net or hat. Not going back.

  This is my favorite sandwich place. The subs may take a while to come out but the wait is certainly worth the quality of the sandwich.

  Would give 0 stars if i could! My review is not so much about Firehouse as a brand because i love them and eat there frequently. I will say however this particular location is a complete waste of space! I have had two bad experience with them. The one that pissed me off was me using all my rewards point to get a crappy sandwich and then the so called owner emailing me back in OCTOBER promising to send free meal cards.....which i NEVER received after emailing back and forth twice. If your on Bryant Irving go ahead and pass this location up its plenty of other eateries in the area.

  This is a very mixed review over the last few months. As far as the sandwiches go, this is usually the best firehouse in the area, that being said, they are constantly messing up my orders. 3 of the last 5 times I've ordered, something has been wrong. You'd think if the manager (I'm assuming) read off your order to you he'd know if it was right or not, but sadly this was not the case. Hopefully today's call in order goes better, but since I spent 5 minutes on a talking hold hearing everything that was being said with the person having to repeat his order 3 times, I'm not holding my breath. By the time they got ready to take my order I almost gave them his. WELL CRAP. They even took the order correct, they just can't read their own codes. They mistook my extra mustard for no mustard, so the sandwich is almost inedibly dry and missing the tang of the mustard. Corned beef and pastrami must have mustard (unless for some weird reason you don't like it). They said they'd write down my name down and remake it next time, but we'll see it when it happens.
