  Firas Yousif did an outstanding job, not only in designing my beautiful wedding dress, but he served my entire family with champagne and was a really interesting person to talk to. Firas created a dress from scratch, and tailored it to my (and my family's...) taste, while offering his expert advice. He is not only a fantastic designer with an understanding of women's bodies, but he is a warm, sensitive and generous person. This is definitely not your run of the mill wedding store, for all the right reasons. You will leave with a one of a kind dress, and a friendly person to keep in mind for your next designer outfit...

  My sister selected Firas Yousif to design a custom-made gown for her wedding this year, and she looked stunning! Firas took an outdated 90s-era a-line sketch my sister had considered wearing as a teenager and modernized it into a flattering one-of-a-kind piece. I tagged along for her design and fitting appointments with Firas at his well-located showroom on the first block of Newbury Street. We knew we were in good hands with Firas's careful attention to detail, from selecting an exquisite silk fabric and pairing it with a shimmery lace overlay, to delicately crafting the dress to flatter her figure. The dazzling dress was ready weeks before the wedding. She received so many compliments! I returned to Boston a few weeks later for Firas's recent runway show with some NYC fashionistas, and we were all very impressed with the 2015 Collection!

  Had the pleasure to view Firas' beautiful gowns at his runway show during the recent Boston Fashion week. Firas specializes in custom couture Bridal and Evening gowns, whose creativity and beauty defy proper description. Having seen the 2015 Bridal and Evening Gown collection, I can say Firas has an eye for design that is without parallel. I highly recommend calling upon Firas for your next event!

  Firas Yousif's designs are elegant and one of a kind. He uses fabrics and textiles that are of the highest quality. His bridal couture and evening wear are simply stunning. You can choose designs that he has already made and he will custom fit these pieces to you. OR you can work one on one with Firas to design and have made a completely new look that is unique to your style. Fashion at it's finest. Stunning work.

  My experience at Firas Yousif Originals was truly one of a kind. I had almost given up on my search for the perfect wedding gown until I came across his showroom on Newbury Street a few weeks ago. I decided to make an appointment.and was not disappointed! Firas really takes the time to understand what you are looking for in a gown, understands a woman's figure and provides a truly customized experience. I felt like a princess at every single one of my fittings! The final design we decided upon was impeccable and I got so many complements on the day of my wedding. Make an appointment with Firas ASAP-you will not regret it!
