  I’ve been going to the gym a lot lately and needed some cute new fitness apparel so I stopped into Finish Line to shop. I found a bunch of stuff I really liked that looks great on me. They have  really cute sneakers too but unfortunately those just weren’t in the budget for this trip.

  Awful customer service, definitely going to continue my business to Footlocker only! I came to return an online purchase that was delivered to my doorstep today at 2:25pm. The shoes I purchased were 2 sizes too big for me, I only tried on 1 of the shoes. When I came to make the return at 8:15pm the sales associate was being rude and chewing, snapping her gum very loudly. Before she started my transaction she was inspecting the pink adidas and started cleaning them without saying a word to me. She was cleaning both soles since they were dusty on the previous wears of others trying on the shoes. They helped others and acted as if I was not even there. It was such an awful experience but today I learned never to shop with Finish Line again.

  Horrible customer service! I made a return of an online order one day with no problem, then I go back the following to make another (because I left it at home the previous day) and they tell me because "customer service" is closed and they can't call to verify how much was paid (this is referenced on the order confirmation I provided) and what method of payment was used, I have to come back and return the item earlier in the day! Mind you none of this was a problem the previous day! What a ridiculous waste of my time, and an awful excuse for whatever reason not to help the customer, wow... never coming back to this location again!

  Never shopping here again their customer service is horrible. Ordered some shoes over the phone with finish line because of an issue where my points disappeared. Drove to the store in traffic after they told me my order was ready only to find out they would not give me the order. Drove back again after they got their supposed glitch figured out and to be told again they couldn't find the order. I then waited about half an hour until they realized they had been typing in the wrong order number.
