  Absolute worst service I’ve ever received at one of your stores. I didn’t get her name, but I would love to point out how horrible and rude your associate was. I flew in from ca to Chicago.. realized I forgot my running shoes. I came into your store at May 5th, 845 pm and asked the girl for sizes on 2 dif pairs of shoes. She literally rolled her eyes and loudly huffed like some 2 year old. In addition, she came out with an attitude or should say, clearly annoyed given tone and body language presented stating they didn’t have the sizes I requested. I came back with another shoe to ask for the size, time 858 pm. She had her purse on ready to head out and told me she was closed. I told her she still had 2 minutes and I wasn’t aware they stopped serving customers minutes before closing time... she stormed off before I could even finish talking. Someone like this should not be in a customer facing role. I am completely appalled at the kind of service I received. We all have bad days but this behavior is completely uncalled for, as I wasn’t the only one she was treating this way while I was shopping there, you had other customers walk away due to her horrid service. Please address to management.
