::Had a great Experience at Fine Linens! Came in with many questions regarding sizing & feel for new bedding (Duvet cover / Sheets). Customer service was able to lead me in the right direction. ::Ok selection, horrible customer service. Rude. Really tiny store in NYC, not a linen store, think closet with snotty customer service. Anyone can sell online these days. Fine Linens proves that point. Proper customer service for linen business means that you have to know and understand bed linens. They offer quality brands online, but with the pretty, you get the ugly. Just not worth the effort - walk or drive to Bloomingdale's on Lexington Ave or find dozens of other websites. I called the brand directly and they gave me a list of other retailers in metro NYC to buy the bed linens. Interestingly the apologized for Fine Linens, but said clearly - it was not the first time that people have complained.
