If i could give this place 0 stars i would.. i walked in to this place for the first time on a friday with my daughters earings that needed a small fix which i’m pretty sure wouldn’t take more than 15-20 minutes.. the man i spoke to told me to leave the earings because the woman that did the work had already left and that she would give me a call that same day before 8pm to give me a price for what i was going to pay for the fix.. i never received a call.. i called the # on their business card & it was out of order so i decided to go back on saturday evening .. when i rang the doorbell an older man let me in ..i explained the situation & the “lady” that was supposed to do the job yells from the back “uuummmm i’m going to call you on monday cause i haven’t had time to fix your earings .. i will call you on monday to give you a price ” (mind you i had already left the earrings there on friday) first of all that was very rude and unprofessional ! YOU DONT HAVE ANY MANNERS ! YOUR SUPPOSED TO COME OUT AND SPEAK TO YOUR CLIENTS NOT YELL AT THEM FROM THE BACK ROOM! SECOND OF ALL IF YOUR THE ONE THAT GIVES THE QUOTES YOU SHOULD BY THEN HAVE GIVEN ME A QUOTE AND I WOULD OF LEFT & picked up the earrings when told so .. i said well ok i will be waiting for your call .. she never called me .. on monday i went in and said “can i please have the earrings i will take them somewhere else to get them fixed” .. she called someone over the phone and says “did you fix the earrings yet ?” in my head i’m “what!” so she tells the person “please bring the earrings in don’t do anything to them the girl came to pick them up” at the point i was so confused i just said please give me the earrings so i can leave., she says come back in 10 min.. i went back and she gave me the freakin earrings .. all of this to not get them fixed at this cheap looking jewelry shop .. please do not go there.. they r very rude & give the worst customer service on jamaica ave ..
