  Great little hardware store stuffed with supplies and a really helpful staff. I can always get help here. A bit more expensive than going to Home Depot, but it's so convenient if you are in the Financial District.

  It's October 12, and the fires in California are making the air in San Francisco hazardous. They were sure to place extra orders for face masks (a good thing) , but they also let several people walk out with large boxes of masks (very bad). Why they wouldn't respect the time of their customers and enforce a limit per customer is beyond me. For me, it's enough of a reason to never return.

  GREAT place! Friendly staff, lots of help. They have a very wide selection of products, especially considering its a downtown location. Very conveniently located!

  Never been to a more helpful hardware store! The staff is great, and it is awesome having a location in FiDi!! The store is pretty small though, so don't expect a fairly limited selection.

  Came here looking for a torx set to get key fob open. I accidentally grabbed wrong set, but the cashier told me a mini set is also available. Save me about eight bucks if I had bought the regular size set. Later during the day I came back looking for a stud finder and again they help me by letting me know to buy magnetic instead of digital. I'll be making this my go to downtown hardware store whenever I need tools or supplies.
