  I went in for a mani/pedi. The lady was super quick, which would have been a good thing but she was rushing to get done. She was very rough and hurt the skin on both my toes and fingers. I got the dip powder on my fingernails and about a week and a half later one finger color just popped completely off and another cracked and has a big chip in it. I don't know if this is because she did it wrong but I don't think thick dip powder should break and not my nail unless you are doing something wrong.

  I have been going to this salon for several years. Over the years they have upgraded and won awards... Resulting in lack of customer service as well as lack of results. My mom treated me to a full set, I was very excited about getting matte black polish. The guy that was doing my nails cut my fingers many times, one spot bled pretty bad. He then proceeded to buff over the blood. When I pulled back from the pain he said it was because my hands are dry... The day after getting them done the gel on both of my thumbs chipped almost all the way off. Less than a week after getting them done, every nail was chipped and one actually broke. Sad to see this place going down hill when they should be rising above the rest. I don't recommend going there.
