  The Final Round Family is amazing! Gary is so motivating and really pushes you to do your best. I wouldn't train with anyone else.

  Final Round is amazing! There are only good things to say about them. Gary is honestly one of the best trainers ever. I loved the results I saw when I trained with him for my wedding. The first session he really kicked my butt but by the second I already felt stronger. He pushed and encouraged me to do my best the entire time. If you're looking for someone to help you get in shape go to Final Round. The Final Round family is the best!

  I would highly recommend Final Round Health and Fitness to anyone looking to get fit. I have been taking classes at Final Round since Gary's opening and I am always challenged. Gary and Henry are both excellent trainers. They are knowledgeable, attentive, caring, and helpful. Final Round has a wide variety of workouts making it easy to find something that would interest you. Awesome people and place to get in shape!! By all means, check it out!!

  Gary and Henry are great trainers. Hard work = great results. Very pleasant staff, the gym is very clean and the equipment is in great shape. The classes are excellent. A nice combination of boxing, core and cardio. Excellent pricing for small classes, personal training and sports therapy massage.

  Final Round Health and Fitness is a great place to get in shape. The classes are designed for all ability levels. BoxFit combines basic exercises with boxing skills. Small group strength classes are a great way to get a workout in without the cost of personal training. The trainers are encouraging and guide you to help you to meet your goals. Definitely worth checking out!
