  I've been wanting to try this restaurant on prior trips to Orange County but just never found the time, until now. I really enjoyed the atmosphere having a little Italian grocery on one side and the restaurant on the other side. You cannot beat the freshly made pasta. The chicken piccata was made to perfection. You can't go wrong with the chocolate chip cannoli.

  I had the most exceptional experience at Filomena's Italian restaurant the food is a five-star the service is amazing they also have a quaint deli and bakery where they make their food fresh daily have gelato also they have just expanded their restaurant so now there's more seating for the very high requested restaurant I would recommend make a reservation. It's atmosphere is welcoming and classy.

  This place smells and tastes like my childhood. Hands down best authentic Italian restaurant in OC. Been here a couple of times and have tried 5 different dishes which were all *chef's kiss*. Waitstaff seem to take pride in their work and love working here. When asked about the food, they've been extremely knowledgeable and obviously love the food.

  My husband and I were on a trip to Southern California and we literally stumbled upon this restaurant. The food and service were absolutely awesome. We will definitely return next time we are in the area. I highly recommend.

  We ordered a cheese pizza from here and if you like saucy pizza - this pizza isn’t for you. I called to ask why my pizza had no sauce instead of the extra sauce I requested and the reply from the nice person on the phone was that they typically are light on their sauce and it would cost extra if we wanted more. We tried the pizza again with the “extra sauce” and we could swear it was less than the first time. The dough and cheese didn’t taste any better either. The 3 stars is simply bc they have good service and nice people working there.
