::terrible service!!! My wife's account was stolen $150 after showing her debit card there. Obviously, no account number was present there, but the money was taken out with her account number by unrecognized signature. If to check the ID and the name of the account is not the duty of the bank staff, I will never trust this bank branch！！！

::Worst Banking Service. They hide charges for what you feel like choosing the bank and then sometimes later they will charge you the same amount.

::This location itself is great, and so are the tellers who work here. My negative review is related to 5th3rd bank as a whole. Be warned: I just found out there is an $11"monthly maintenance fee" for having a checking account. When I opened the account over a year ago, I wasn't explicitly informed about this monthly fee. If I had been, I never would have opened it in the first place. Instead, I am informed that my account is overdrawn! I lost my job about 6 months ago, have been unemployed since, and left a meager $100-$150 in the account. Now it's gone and I owed money. I am immediately closing my account. Just another bank acting unscrupulously to somebody of the 99%. I'm going back to mattressing my money. Screw you big banks! *UPDATE* 9/30/2016 This branch location has been closed 2 days in a row because of the weather. Yes, it has been raining constantly for the past 2 days, but at this point it is no excuse to not at least have a skeleton crew working to service customers. To further exacerbate matters, as I write this it is a Friday at the very end of the month when customers might need to get finances in order for rent, credit cards or other bills. I stand by my 1 star review, but this time it is directly related to the management at this specific branch as opposed to the banking policies of 5th3rd as a whole.

::Was at this branch last week to make a deposit. Yet they would not opened the doors cause the financial person was not there. Really? All we, the bank customer want is do banking, yet they would not allow it. All had to make my deposit outside at the atm. Bad juju.
