::If I could give 0 stars I would. I had been a customer of this branch since 2018. I went into this branch on 2 occasions to get an ATM card, as the card I had had expired. The first time I went in, I could not be assisted, the 2nd time I was assisted by the bank teller, as well as the branch manager on June 18th in regards to getting a new card. At my visit I was told it would take around 3-5 business days for the card to be received at the branch and I could pick it up. I call 2 weeks later, as I have not heard anything, and was told that the card was never ordered. As a customer, I was upset, because during my visit, I asked if there was anything that needed to be signed to confirm that the card was ordered. Branch manager assured me all was fine and I would get a call when the card arrived. Upon my follow up call, the branch manager was extrememly rude insulting me as if I just imagined going into the branch, speaking with him. on the day that I did. I was advised that there was no card there, IT WAS NEVER ORDERED. and that I could come into the branch to have a temporary ATM card issued to me. NONE OF THIS WAS OFFERED AT EITHER OF MY PREVIOUS VISITS. The incompetence of completing such a simple task baffles me. In turn as a customer, I recieve rude treatment insulting my intellegence. Branch manager should not be in that positiion especially if a simple task cannot be performed, and if his attitude is going to be as horrible as it was when speaking to me. The previous branch manager Jeff was great and always followed up. I was always treated with RESPECT & HUMAN DECENCY. The current branch manager needs to learn how to deal with the public and this branch may be able to keep long time customers. Never again will I be a customer of this branch/bank. CLOSED MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. If you enjoy being talked to as if you are less than human, this is the branch and current set of employees are for you!!

::I have business account with this bank. I made an international wire on April. Bankers name was Wesley who made a mistake to put wrong receiving account number. Few days later he called me about receiving account number so I made extra trip to make sure the number and fix his mistake. Two days later he called me again about the account number which they couldn’t locate. So I had to withdraw from the transaction. This bank charged me around $700.00 as a fee without doing anything. I requested a refund the fee. Wesley denied. He said he can’t help I had to open a account at other bank And made transaction with same number which I gave to fifth third bank. That wire went through with no problem. Be cautious!!!

::Awful drive thru services. Twice I have attempted to use this service and have been waiting over 15 minutes each time to get help. There is no window only a screen where the branch connects to you. I understand they maybe assisting other customers inside but since we can't see this it would be great customer service to let me know it will be a 10 minute wait. Have someone working drive thru at all times and assisting up front when no customers are at drive thru. This has happend 2 many times and when I send transactions up in the container and call the teller they come on the sceen and ask how they can help me. Well lets look in the container and you can see what I need or the fact that I have been waiting 15 to 20 mins with acknowledgment at all. Poor customer service skills and proper staffing.

::Terrible branch. Atm ate my debit card. Left me an hour from home needing to get an uber home because it was after hours. Called the following morning and was told I'd get a call back when the atm teller came in. Told it would be a week to get a new card or drive fifty miles from my house to retrieve mine within lousy business hours. Completely dissatisfied with employee hanging up on me and another copping an attitude
