  Terrible services, went there to get a notary. They had me and my dad patiently waiting an hour while he helped some white ladys count some change. Just to lie and say that had no notary after the guy said his manger mark was a notary because he didn't want to serve us. Go somewhere else that actually care and want to serve their customers no matter what color they is. Just ridiculous, they deserve no stars.

  This branch has the best customer service staff I have ever seen in Cincinnati! Seriously every single person that works there are beyond helpful! I would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

  Security is completely over the top. Staff was friendly though. Only ATM is in drive through.

  The ATM is outside give you 24 hours a day access

  No more than one person may enter at a time for security reasons - doesn't exactly put you at ease...
