::Excellent Customer Service, always prompt and courteous! I love this branch! It's where I opened my account many years ago since it was literally a block away, can't get more convenient that that! Whether, I use the drive through or walk-in, I am always greeted so promptly and advised they will be with me momentarily if there is a small wait. I give their customer service 110%, Thank you kind folk's at Fifth Third Bank, Keep up the excellent work!

::Ever since I opened an account at this bank I have had nothing but trouble. I got scammed and the bank refused to work with me and told me I was going to have to pay everything that I lost.

::Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Every employee you deal with either has not been trained properly or is belligerent and hateful. The office I work at banks with them. The treatment has been going on for over a year and after several undeserved chances, we've made the decision to switch banks. When we bring in deposits (usually we bring in several at a time), we are given an extremely hard time about the amount of petty cash they have to give us back (which usually totals under $50 for all deposits combined). They recently started saying that we can't come through the drive through so that they can "keep it clear". Both times we've been told that, there has not been one single other car in any of the drive through lanes. We have asked for managers twice (once by phone after a woman was incredibly rude to me about six months ago and once today while another employee was in the bank) and been told that the manager "is not there". Since we clearly can't report bad service to the bank itself, I'm reporting it here so that they can maybe take this experience and improve their treatment of other human beings.

::This bank has the worst customer service! I tried to close an account here and they made it almost impossible. I paid the balance off on the credit card account and it should've been over with right? Well not to them. 30 days later I got an email stated that there were still several charges that I hadn't paid off. And that was an absolute lie! I had to battle with them until I finally proved to them that I had already paid it off. The person who I originally talked to said I had to pay it all off in cash in the office. But I had already paid it off with my checking account. I called his boss and explained the situation and the branch manager said that the account was already closed and no more payments needed to be made. This isn't the first time issues have occurred with my money at that bank.

::This is the worse branch you can possibly go to in Lexington. Twice now I have had the misfortune of speaking with Patrick who seems to have zero knowledge of his job, and what's worse, no customer service skills. Because of him and his unwillingness to help, I had to go out of my way to the Tates Creek branch to have my issue taken care of. While they were very pleasant and helpful, I am seriously contemplating closing my account and banking somewhere else all because of the horrible experience I had with Patrick at the Nicholasville Rd branch.
