::The area by the parking is terrible. SF has become the slum of California. Drugs, urin, homeless everywhere.
Hayden Heller
::Place is horrible no directions on how to do anything I lost my ticket in a machine because I didn't know I would need the ticket after I paid it to leave and there charging me 35$ for a lost ticket fee

::This place is the worst. Iļø paid 27 bucks to park over night and my car got broke into. If they are gonna be charging that much, at least hire some security to monitor the place. Oh and they are not āliable for any theft or damage that can happenā. Wouldnāt risk parking your car here

::Prices are higher than the photos in Google maps suggest. Iāve uploaded a picture of the rates I saw today. That being said, the parking lot was pretty clean and felt secure, and I didnāt have trouble finding a spot, although many available spots were compact spots that were unusable due to the neighboring car parking over the line.

::What a horrible experience! After parking for a partial day, I brought my ticket to a pay station. Inserted the ticket and credit card, as prompted. The machine kept "processing" for over five minutes; when I used the intercom to call the attendant, he told me to keep waiting. Eventually the machine gave me a "failed - timed out" message and returned my credit card, but not the ticket. The attendants were completely unhelpful and refused to believe me when I told them what happened. They wouldn't let me leave the lot without recording my license and registration information and paying an extra $34.00 in addition to my original parking fee of $13.50 - which was, in fact, charged to my card despite the "failed" message.
