  Bought a new Honda Accord Hybrid on May 21, 2018. It was a great car buying experience (and I've bought a lot of cars in my life). Jacob took good care of us, quoted a fair price (I had done my research), and helped us through a rather complex trade-in situation. At no time did my wife and I feel uncomfortable or that we were being taken advantage of. In fact when we got home we realized we had even received some dealer installed options that we were not aware of. The finance officer was experienced and professional. Thank you, Fiesta Honda, for a great car buying experience.

  Alicia lacks customer service. We could have bought a car from anywhere but chose Fiesta Honda based off reviews. Came in for our appointment as soon as they opened, waited 2 hours for our tire to get fixed, then only to have her tell us the tire was out of stock. We took time off work and asked for a loaner car and she said no. She is very unapologetic Fiesta Honda can do much better without her. Spoke to Arlene about it and she's been great!

  I purchased my vehicle from here and have visited the service department a few times for oil changes and installation of accessories. The staff have done an excellent job every time. The waiting area is plenty roomy and comfortable and has complimentary coffee.

  Have been Looking at vehicles for about 3 weeks. We already had a 2015 Honda Sport and decided to trade it on a Honda Accord EX-L. Our sales rep was awesome ANTHONY. Cannot go wrong with this guy. He was professional, extremely nice, no high pressure at all. He spent a half a day with us. You go through his crash course of all the controls That was great! Happy with our Honda. Thank you ANTHONY! Kendra manager in service dept is phenomenal. She worked with us regarding our previous Honda Accord. She is great to work with.

  We had Anthony as our Sales guy, he knows his products! Anthony took us on a test drive and was able to go over the majority of the vehicle just on our drive. I was really impressed with him. We unfortunately had differences with our own bank and this is when Tony came into the picture, everything he said he was gonna do he did it. We got an amazing Honda Odyssey and are very thrilled to have it parked in our driveway. The guys at Fiesta Honda are honest and true to their word. That doesn't happen a lot in the car business. Thanks again and we are happy customers.
