  This is a long post, but please read it all the way through. I would hate for anyone else to experience the unprofessionalism we encountered. I Had my daughters wedding reception on April 16, 2016 at Fiesta Fountains. Harry, owner/manager and Candy the office coordinator have no clue how to run this business. At first we met with James (caterer) which we didn't use, and went over all the tenants of the contract with him. When it came time to sign the contract we met Harry and all he wanted was for us to be happy. He promised that the stinky, old, dirty carpet would be removed and replaced with ceramic tile and if not we would get a monetary credit. I insisted this be written in the contract and I'm so glad I did. We were also promised water glasses, candles, a clean room for the bridal party to wait before coming into the ball room, four professional waiters and 30 tables for my guests. Carpet was never changed, water glasses not provided, the waiting area for the bridal party was cluttered with storage items, and it was dirty and dusty there were no candles on the tables and only 27 tables were provided. My guests seated at tables 28-30 had no where to sit. How embarrassing. The tables were so tightly configured, it was near impossible for my guests to meanuvre to get food from the buffet or go to the restroom. Whenever I needed Candy to let us in to decorate or set up she would deny us reasonable access and was so rude in her approach. The waiters were a joke. Only three showed up and two of the three walked out during the course of the evening. My family had to step up to clear tables and help serve the head tables. When the cake service began, the waiters placed cake servings directly on top of dirty dinner dishes. My husband and I, in our formal evening wear had to step in and clear dishes. And to top it all off, we have been trying to get our $500 refundable deposit back and no one returns our calls. Please take your business else where.

  I want to dispel some of the negative comments here. I had an event here, and it went flawlessly. The people complaining about what they "didn't" get simply aren't listening or reading the agreement they are signing. You can get anything from the room alone to fully catered and bar service and everything in between. These complainers obviously want everything for nothing. Pete explains everything in fine detail and puts together the best package deal available. Pete's prices are very reasonable, and the food is very good. Chef James makes everything from beef tips to chicken, to potatoes to die for, and many other selections. The place is clean and very well decorated. I would definitely recommend Fiesta Fountains.

  It was a nervous negotiation, especially since the owner packages everything up. He will base his price on what you ask for, and we had to be specific. However, he was very accommodating, we reworked our contract multiple times until we felt we had everything covered. In the end we had a price we were comfortable with and the serve we received for our wedding was well worth it. The decorations were excellent, and serving staff were very friendly and professional. The day of the event, the owner came in early to get things started for us, he also made sure we had everything we needed. Showed concern about the timing and process of events to make sure everything went off without a hitch. I will recommend this place to others, just to know what you want before going in.

  I just want to say that my daughter had her wedding here and it was so nice. My wife and I had to do nothing but just to show up and enjoy the night. The price was good and what they gave was very good. The food was great and the staff was so nice to our guests. The provided everything for the event. We recommend this place to anyone and you will be very happy. We want to thank fiesta fountains for the wonderful day for my special girl on her important night of her life. Thank you!
