  One of this company's drivers threw an absolute temper tantrum in my business today because I called the customer he was making a delivery for at my business who did not want the items delivered here. I'm not finding fault with the company. But, the managers of this operation should consider having a driver meeting, stressing the importance of professional behavior. Don't give respect, it won't be given in return.
