  After a year and half of brining my clothes to be tailored and dry cleaned, I decided I will not continue coming here after the treatment I received today from the man at the front desk. He was rude and treated me horribly. I usually pop in the morning and say hi how are you and let them know what I need. He replied to me in a very nasty manner saying“You need to wait, can’t you see I’m busy.” I was taken back at his tone. I don’t understand his treatment after being a pleasant client, (I go there at least every other month for tailoring. Regardless it was very disrespectful to talk that way.) I’m a very understanding person but also believe it’s important to be mindful in how you deliver a message. If he would have said, “I’m sorry but I’m very busy at the moment, you may have to wait a few minutes”, I would have appreciated that much more. Tailoring prices have gone up last year anyways. I will be taking my clothing elsewhere. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The tailor does a good job for the most part, he has only messed up on two of my shirts.

  This place is either the best thing since hot-buttered corn, or the sign of the end of times. I have no idea. These reviews are bizzarro polar, but I need a button replaced on a coat.

  They are very rude on the phone. Laundry often comes back with strands of hair on it. Delivery guy is nice at least, one star for him.

  I use Fidi Cleaners all the time for dry cleaning and alterations. I've been using them for awhile and have never had an issue. All the alterations look great. Also, they are just really nice people.
