  Terrible Customer Service. Everytime I call it take over 10 minutes for a respresentative to pick up the phone. I've lost money watching stocks drop while I was waiting and couldn't sell because of there system. The worst part about it is if you call as a new customer, they pick up right away. Its just the existing customers they leave hanging.
