  Incompetence and apathy reigns supreme at Fidelis! Left hand does not know where the right hand is Total waste of time . How they stay in business is simply amazing

  the worst insurance ever! i cant even go to see my provider and have an ultrasound without authorization which takes ages!!!!

  If you go there ask for Jessica Vasquez, she is super helpful, knowledgeable and very caring and friendly.

  My husband needs to do a very urgent surgery and since October he has being applying to Fidelis Care and until now this company have giving him a hard time. Their customer service have being the worst in the whole entire world. You should NEVER apply for this insurance.
