  I called and the person that picked up the phone was very rude and then she hung up the phone on me. This was one of my worst customer service experience ever. This company needs to teach your employees on how to do a better job with customer service. They will not get my business.

  Fiberama Rating Woohoo! As good as it gets! Had a problem ! after 6 years the a crack in the fiberglass awning appeared. Called Fiberama for service . Wow even though it was out of beyond the warranted period they felt that the original installation caused the problem Fixed it for Free Now that's a good company to deal with . Very satisfied with the awning and the service. I'd definately use them again. Carl F

  horrible product and services. waiting 1 year for them to fix their mistake and the staff is rude and refuses to pass on messages

  I had 2 entry doors installed and 2 security doors . They look AMAZING , they work perfect and my neighbor asked where i got my doors . i said go to Fiberama you won't regret it . Love them all , they made me feel like family .
