  The woman at Fiber Factory were so helpful. They let me come in at try out a tunisian crochet hook with several sample yarns to see if I liked it. The also had crohooks on hand in several sizes.

  My mother in law and I took Beginning Tapestry $200.00 the first class was horrible because one woman taking the class just took over and no one could get a word in edgewise we told the owner she told us she would talk to the teacher. The next class was a bit better but when we asked beforehand we asked if we would learn different stitches in this class, we were told that was what the class was all about learning stitches. Well we learned only 1 stitch. And heard lots of stories about personal experiences from the teacher but nothing even closes to the $100.00 each that we paid. We had 1 class left and we didn’t go because the teacher told us it was going to be more of the same stuff. I just called and was trying to tell the owner that I was unhappy with the whole class experience she didn’t care Even when I told her what I was told the class was going to teach me. she then told me she didn’t know who told me that but it was beginning so we didn’t learn that until the intermediate class so basically another 200.00 so if you want to learn the info in this class online is your best bet. Even others people in the class and I talked after the last class and all of them agreed. I am not rich a $200 class should at least be super educational. This was not. I wouldn’t have wrote this if the owner would have offered a even partial refund.she acted like I was some kind of problem when all I was asking for is what I Paid for.

  This is hands down the best yarn store in the valley! The owners are a delight and completely knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The fibers are varied and wonderful.
