  Bought my car here 3 years ago and have never been able to get any services done here, always have to go to Jack Daniels Kia in Fairlawn for any maintenance. I've called in the past to schedule maintenance for safety recalls, only to be told that they don't work on recalls on Saturdays. (The rep at JD Kia tells me this is because they can't charge me.) Just called again to try to make an appointment for issues that should still be covered under warranty and was told they are booked this Saturday. I said it wasn't an urgent issue so I could go in next Saturday or the weekend after that, and then she told me they only have 3 techs there on Saturdays and the time slots quickly fill up. So she wouldn't even let me book for 2 weeks in advance, instead she took down my info and said a manager would contact me. Feels like I'm being lied to, and my next step is to contact Kia and the owners of this dealership directly if I cannot be accommodated. Will also make sure that no one I know purchases a vehicle from any Fette dealership.

  I personally need to thank primarily to Tony as he was very straightforward and did not pressure once for anything. Tony was also very thourogh He also worked very aggressively getting the price I can afford for my wonderful brand new KIA Sorento EX with advance touring pack! He was indeed a very kind person and had the patience throughout the process. I believe Tony is so far the best car salesman/leasing consultant I ever came across. This man deserves more than 5 stars. God bless Tony and if you're reading this Tony, then again, I THANK YOU and Fette KIA. I would highly suggest that if you come to Fette KIA then, please ask and see Tony to get you the deal you deserve and you won't be disappointed.

  This is my fourth Kia Sorento and Fette worked with me to get me everything I wanted at a price that was fair to both of us. Their service department is quick, friendly and efficient! When this lease is up,, I will definitely be back!

  I woke up today determined to get a car. I went to Fette Kia and was greeted by Malik. I told him what I was looking for and he was extremely helpful. He understood my budget concerns worked with me to get the car I described to him at a price I can afford. Anthony in financing was also fantastic. I left with a beautiful new car and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm sending everyone I know to Fette Kia! Thank you Guys!

  I just leased a car at Fette KIA in Clifton, NJ. My sales rep was Tony Catalano and he was wonderful. I told him exactly what I could afford and he put me in the perfect car within my price. He made the process nice and easy and did not try to push me into spending more than I could afford each month. The showroom is very nice and they have a great waiting area while your new car is being detailed before you drive away with it. I would highly recommend Tony and Fette Kia of Clifton
