::I was extremely impressed by saleswomen Dee Dee Joshua! I HAD to buy a car due to my old car giving up the ghost and dying. Of course, not being ready to take on a car note, Ms. Joshua spent 7.5 hours with me in order to get me in a brand new 2018 Chevy Malibu. She got my car note within $50 of where I wanted to be so by the end of the evening I drove out with a new car. Her patience and understanding was remarkable. I HIGHLY recommend you give Ms. Joshua a visit if you're in the market for a new car!!

::Ok, I'm still laughing about this. Best laugh of the week and this deserves a 4 star rating! All I asked today at my 3:30 scheduled oil change, and I did ask nicely, was that they not adjust my seat for my oil change. The service lady attendant said they have to adjust it for shorter people. I said just get an average size man (I'm 5'8) to move the car. She said I have to talk to the manager. I said she has to talk to the manager, I didn't have a problem. She came back from the manager, went to her desk and told me the price for the oil change (I assume the manager told her to leave my seat alone). I said no thanks and left. So I called the Chevy dealer near my home in Hemet. Relayed the story to their service representative, who laughed out loud by the way, and I'm scheduled for Saturday at 3pm near my home for an oil change. And she said she made a note not to move my seat and we both chuckled.

::Worst experience in my life. I went for a simple oil change and the guy didn't want to look at my car. His name was Hector. I had an appointment 4/7/18 at 10:30am. When I finally got my car around 1:30pm after several service members ignored me, my tire sensor didn't work anymore, they didn't put my lug nut covers back on and they never let me know anything was potentially wrong with my car. I watched people come after me and leave before me. I felt like they treated my car like trash and gave it back to me. I'd rather pay a million dollars to any other shop than Chevrolet on Figueroa. I've never experienced such disrespect on that level. I don't wish this experience on anyone.
