  Ordered a delivery and the driver showed up to the wrong hotel. An hour and a half after the order they called to tell me they needed to rerun my credit card because I didn't come down to get my pizza when they were at the wrong hotel. The delivery driver then proceeded to tell me they were not going to deliver the pizza when I said it should be comped and hung up on me. Extremely rude service. I would never recommend to anyone.

  Enjoy the Grilled Chicken Sub, the pizza are awesome and Perfect. the staff are so polite and Friendly... I Will Go there again and Again

  Walked in and stood in front of the counter for about 3 minutes trying to order. In that time I saw a worker drop his pizza cutter on the ground and put it back on the table to be used for another pizza. I was not greeted the entire time, but the phone was being answered. Place seemed in violation of some general health practices and any competent level of customer service.

  Found this place when I used to take my son to the shriners hospital on blossom street. Now we come here b 4 every bruins or Celtics game we go to..... Best pizza this side of NYC.....

  Felcaro is your standard NY slice, and 2 slices will leave you satiated, I could absolutely eat more, but it's not necessary. The regular slice left me with a lot to be desired, but the pepperoni completely made up for it. I will return but only for the pepperoni slice. The restaurant itself screams pizza, and it makes me very happy. They aren't trying to impress anyone with anything other than some good ole pizza (I'm sure the sandwiches are good as well)
