  They have a lot of products and hair, however they are more expensive that other local beauty supply stores. In addition you can't get a refund or exchange 95% of their items. I bought 2 ponytails for my mom and she didn't like them so I came the next day to get store credit (not even a cash refund). The owner acknowledged that I bought them the day before and that they were unworn but still maintained that there was nothing he would do about it then smiled and turned his face away from me. Ridiculous.

  Good for the when you buying but really REALLY easy shopping!!

  Very big store, found what I needed immediately. Prices are a slightly pricey though.

  I wish I had read the reviews before I went there to buy hair. I've gone in there for little things like make up and nail supplies before and it wasn't a big deal. But this is the 1st time I decided to buy hair from them. I walked around the entire store for a good 45 minutes and no one offered me any help or advice. As I walked around, I tried to pull up reviews of different brands on my cell phone, but couldn't really get service, so I just did my best to find something that resembled what I bought from another shop. I finally found the hair I thought I might want to buy, and I went up to the cashier. I still wasn't 100% sure about it, so I asked her which would be better between the 2 types of hair. She suggested one that was on sale and I took her advice. I asked her what the return policy was on it because I wasn't 100% sure about the color. She said that I could return it within 5 days as long as it was unused and I had the receipt. Today, 2 days later, I changed my mind about it fully. It turned out that the color WAS wrong. I had also read several reviews online that the hair I had purchased was of poor quality. (Side note: I guess that's why it was on sale! I briefly blamed myself for not doing my due diligence beforehand. But that's WHY I asked the young lady for help: I didn't know what to choose and I assumed her job was to direct me to the best product!) I returned and picked out a bunch of other products that I was going to exchange the hair for (It does state on the receipt the return policy: Store credit only), as I decided not to trust their recommendations any further. When I got to the counter, the associate working today told me that I couldn't return it because it was a sale item. So, to recap: a store associate I spoke to 2 days earlier encouraged me to change my purchase to an inferior item, knowingly sold me a sale item, and assured me that I would be able to return the sale item when it is, in fact, against their policy. DO NOT go to this store.
