  Oh my goodness they have not got to item delivered to me over a couple months and it's a house address shouldn't be that hard. Frustrating

  Hey, it's a FedEx Ship Center. If you miss your package you may be able to pick it up here. I don't know much else beyond that just was in the parking lot for a minute or two. It look nice

  UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE - My company paid for an Express box to be delivered by 10am on Friday. They attempted delivery at 847am. I didn't hear them at the door and once I heard the truck leaving and got to the door the truck was at the end of the street. A Tag was left on the door that clearly looked to state the box would be at the station at 1pm. I drove to the Station to pick it up to learn that the gentleman there agreed it looked like 1pm on the tag but it was 7pm. He stated no worries he would have the driver come back and deliver the box to my home that day. If I would have known that they were not coming back, I could have went and picked it up at 7pm. I waited until 8pm and the box was NOT delivered on Friday. I called the customer service today (Monday) at 9am to ask when the box would be delivered, they called the station to learn it would be 10am. At 10:30 the box was still not delivered. I called the customer service AGAIN to learn that now it won't be delivered until this afternoon. They no longer honor the Express Service that was paid for since it was undeliverable on their 1st attempt. I spoke with the supervisor who was not helpful at all and acted as though it is what it is and it will be there this afternoon. Although he did transfer me to the station and the man that answered reiterated that it would be this afternoon. He would make the driver aware that I am waiting for the box. Yeah I was waiting for it until 8pm on Friday when I was told they would bring it back. At 3pm the box has not arrived at my home yet. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAS SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM A COMPANY. EVERY PERSON YOU SPEAK TO TELLS YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT. WHO KNOWS WHEN THE BOX MAY SHOW UP TODAY. IF IT SHOWS UP!
