  Missed a package yesterday so stayed home today. Deliverer left another note and did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called customer service and was told “you can stay home again and get it on Friday or go pick it up yourself at this location 30 minutes one way away from the house”

  Came all the way out here to pick up a package that they told me would fit in my car. They had me sign for it before I tried to fit it in my car. Then when it wouldn't fit, they told me that they would have delivered it but I had already signed for it. Had to come all the way back out here again.
