  The place is very bad. Staff, two females, are very rude. They made mistakes and wasted my own paper, and then threw some different paper into my face to "compensate" me. I asked for the refund for that wrong printing. They did refund, but with an impatient and angry face. I don't understand how FedEx staff can be so rude! They made mistakes, but no apology, no sorry, so smile, only ugly long faces. Please don't go to the terrible place, if you want to be treated like a customer in a right way.

  I went to the shop last month in January 2014. I was helped quickly with all my printing, scanning needs. But I forgot my USB Flash drive. I freaked out looked everywhere but couldn't find it. Then I remember in January 2014 I visited this shop. So I called them and Roger told me to create a shipping label from their address to my address up here in Albany. I created the label and e-mailed him a copy. He did send me out my USB. Thanks, Roger for doing it. Eagerly waiting for the package to welcome my USB back home.

  It is the best place to cut copy and print. I came here in and left in 10 minutes. The people here are so nice. I always come here when my boss tells me to make copies.
