The bin they are supposed to put your documents in is collected by a "professional shredding company" who gets paid for every pound of your documents they collect. FedEx doesn't shred your documents even though they say that to your face. Some OTHER company that is completely separate gets your not-shredded documents. Who then shred them. Supposedly. You don't know. My issue with this is I can't verify if my documents even went into that bin. After asking the employee for my docs back since they were left lying on the counter, the employee went and slapped the papers down, not slipping them into the thin slot of their recycle, sorry I meant "shredding", bin. I left at this point, even though I should have stayed and insisted. When I came back and asked for verification that they even went into the bin, the employee offered to show me the video, and found that the "camera angle doesn't cover the shredding bin" in about 10 seconds flat. Which I find suspicious. Video camera records shouldn't be so easy to access. And if she does have access its suspicious that no one ever asked her before. In my opinion that is enough time to hide any docs she kept. After that cover-up time, I was offered to check for myself in the back to verify where they went, but the bin is locked for "security". So basically they can't even verify they put my documents into the "to be shredded" bin Now, I could be wrong, but at the very least this is the shittiest store ever. No sense of security. Don't come here. Most of the customers are Arab immigrants so I can see why someone would be collecting information. God bless America.

There are always two employees and one of the is always busy with something and the other one is a very old and impatient lady with a rude attitude. They also keep your files and documents. Please be careful what you are taking there.

I came in with a complicated job, Lisa walked me through the entire process, and even answered all my questions....even the real dumb ones. Store was the cleanest I've been in, and just had an overall wonderful experience.

I had the best experience ever! I called the store with a million questions; I spoke with Eddie Mashgari. He suggested I come to the store and he would further help me with my problem. The store was a little busy, but he found a way to help the customers and me. Eddie displayed great customer service, he has a compassionate way of helping and explaining things, I wish there were more employees like him. This guy was AWESOME...
