  Slowest service in history of shipping. Have waited over 20 minutes to pick up a package and there is only two people in the store. This location Fed Ex is Fed Slow.

  Don't go here if you use Uber or Lyft, they don't allow drop offs at main entrance

  The location charges handling fees on packages shipped to the hotel. These fees are in addition to shipping charges. Worst deal ever for e-commerce. Amazon should be aware and warn coustomers.

  Staying in the Westgate and lost my blood suger meter, had one shipped to the casino overnight. Meter arrived at 10:30 along with 200 other packages. Mike and Sierra quickly found my package and I had it in my hand in 10 mins. Absolutely fabulous service!

  This is the worst service and the employees are sarcastic about it. I would be surprised if more than 75% of packages are delivered properly here. Tip: if you really need to have your package delivered on a deadline and you are staying in the Westgate, you are better off sending your package to the main Fedex facility in LV... 7000 west post road...and taking an uber there to pick it up yourself. Only way to be sure you will not have lots of aggravation.
