NOTICED PACKAGE PICK UP FEE IS NOT MANDATORY!!! I called the Hyatt ahead of time and they told me there was no fee which was why I was surprised to be charged with a $25 fee when I went to pick up my package. Then another $10 if I wanted it delivered to my room. I ended up having to lug my heavy package up to my room myself. Later that night when I went to the front desk the guests who checked in before me also had packages and the front desk informed them it will be brought up to their room for free. I then let the front desk know I was charged and they deducted the fee from my bill but it was annoying to know I paid $25 to hand carry my package to my room to FedEx while everyone else got their package to their room for free. So when you pick up a package from FedEx office and they try to charge you let them know it is not a mandatory fee.

I am absolutely infuriated by the customer service at this FedEx. I had to pay to receive and shop each package. And then on top of that the FedEx was incapable of sending receipts from their official email account. Please consider not charging guests $15 for each package they want to send out.

Took forever to find location and then they want to charge a handling fee for drop off.

Picking up my package as a guest at Hyatt regency was easy, but my gripes are as followed: 1) self serve center for shipping is not user friendly and as a result I was unable to ship and drop off my package; as a millennial I'm tech savvy and have printed shipping labels before. I spent an hour trying to print a label, called their customer service twice, and was still unsuccessful. Tried the reps suggestion of putting shipping from as my billing address, etc did not work 2) out of shipping boxes so I ended up shipping 3 separate, off-sized boxes 3) will charge you fees to have them print it even when their system is malfunctioning I literally would have rather taxi-ed over to a different center, carried the 50 pounds of things I had to ship, and had some other carrier deal with it. Never using fedex again--what a headache!
