  This location should be shut down. Very inconvenient to have a FedEx location in the middle of downtown that charges you $10, $20 or even $50 additional as a store policy to ship boxes. Useless location.

  This location charges a handling fee of at least $10 for packages over 1 lb. Use another location to avoid the fee or ship UPS.

  Often ship pre-paid packages to client during the day. Other locations in downtown difficult to get to (distance, parking, time availability) Just discovered this one across my building. Didn't realize FedEx charges $10 extra on packages over 1 lb at hotels and convention centers. My packages are 1.4 lb. $10 extra. Just a warning to others.
