  Service is awesome. Helped me out , with some billing/payment issues I've been having. They ship super fast, double boxed, on point. 5 stars for Kelly and the Feature team. Always my first choice for purchases and raffles.

  Be very careful in buying items from this vendor, Chances of returning your items in case of a defect might be slim to none.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! FALSE ADVERTISE IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD!!! Last week I ordered the Puma creepers from them via their website. I call today to see the status of my order because I have yet to receive a tracking number. When I call today they said my order could not be fulfill because they only received half the shipment last week when the sneakers released. My issue is if you knew about this since last week why not return my money to me last week. One of their questions as your checking out is your contact information; which I don't understand why they ask for the phone number if they don't use it to call and tell you about your order. Also, if they knew by last week that my size wasn't no longer available why not call me and offer me another size. When exclusive sneakers come do not waste your time buying from this website, as a matter of fact do not waste your time at all!

  The staff are always upbeat and swift to help you. The clothes and shoes in stock are vast and unique. I have never had trouble finding quality apparel for my particular taste.

  I bet most times when you buy from this place it will be fine. I have no doubt though that this place is not completely upstanding. I bought a pair of vans tri check as soon as I saw them, stock was fine online based on the webpage. bought and paid for immediately. sent two emails asking about shipping. almost a week later I get a response saying they "thought" they had my size in stock but it is now not in stock. They arent actually saying what is happening they just say, they dont have it any longer. so basically, they disappeared. or it was stolen. OR it was probably saved and given to someone in person. either way, i do NOT believe them when they say they were so busy it got lost in the mix, because that would mean a pair of shoes just literally disappeared AFTER they had them. LOL My first pair of kicks bought from this place also took a while to ship so...yeah i would not trust this place, and obviously would never buy from them again. I CAN say they returned my money REAL fast lol. TLDR: i do not trust them 100% and they probably back door highly coveted items. i cant prove, but they never got me my tri checks and it took a week to tell me they ...disappeared. lol i cant stop laughing and shaking my head.
