  After 3 days waiting for the landlord to call a plumber she refused so i called 311 dp came down she claimed it was the city fault yet no neighbor has this problem but me. Yesterday after 6 days called the police dept they told her it had to be fixed they can give her a talking to about a volation but didn't care shes not right what shes doing. Its on report now its 24 hrs later still refuses to call a plumber even after 311 housing called her to. So i called the fire dept cause the pipes n radiators are still leaking they talk to her for a while before they came down stairs to me who called because shes a senor they feel bad really im the one living in the flooded basement in squaler not her shes up stairs cooking putting up her xmas decorations im down stairs 7 days now still cleaning a flood n fire dept tells me that its my responsabily to call the plumber not her really she a slum lord but i quess she right well wrong fire dept shes not nor are you its her house well fire dept merry xmas to you n your family when the water starts getting into electric than you can say i killed my self n slum lord once again gets away with bullshit. its nice to know that the NYFD there for a old lady whos playing on the senor game and does it so well her house n my problem not her well when the pipes finally flood the home im the one that will get in TROUBLE cause shes a senor its so sad well NYFD hopefully one day this never happens to someone you know around the hoildays i belive in faith and belive one day what comes around goes around and slum lords will get theirs by the hand of god and no one else merry xmas n happy new year NYFD.
