  after 20-days spent in chasing customer service representative (FB, instagram, email) i finally received answer that my order from "in stock" still not shipped and will be delayed more for 15 days. Brilliant!!!

  Great product, and even greater customer service. When I emailed inquiring how to apply for my replacement pair of Baby Opticals sunglasses, I received a response in MINUTES complete with a coupon code for a replacement pair. Cannot rave about this company enough!

  I bought a lot of things from FCTRY and they are all LOVELY! My nieces LOVE the Sunglasses so much! They wear it everywhere they go. Soooo cute!!! Thank you FCTRY, you guys are amazing! Create more fun products! I'll certainly buy more! Ciao!

  I love these guys for so many reasons. Beautiful, fun products but also insanely sweet , chill customer service. I had an issue where a pair of baby sunglasses I bought as a gift arrived in a damaged box. Instead of asking me to return it, they just took my word for it (I sent them a pic) and then sent me a brand new one and told me to give the other ones to my own kid. Just a cool experience.

  I Love FCTRY products! :) The nightlights are amazing and the Unicorn Snots are the best! I can't get enough. And 1 last thing, quick and amazing customer service. Keep it up!
