  Simply put stay away. Poor quality, high prices, and a big attitude to boot. Took my Audi in for an oil change- all seemed well but then after a few days oil started leaking from the drain plug. Not a big deal- I figure things like this happen. I took my car back in to get it addressed, only to be lectured by the owner Lance who told me "there is no way your car is leaking from the oil plug because your car has a protective tray and it wouldn't leak the way you are describing". Now... I may not be a master mechanic but I've worked on my own cars since I was a kid and I know that when you start getting big oil drips a couple days after a change, you probably didn't tighten the plug correctly. To prove me wrong, Lance had the mechanic put the car on the lift and show me "the real problem" except, there plain as day was oil leaking from the drain plug. They attempted to re-tighten the plug, but a few days later oil started leaking from the drain plug again. Not wanting another dose of attitude I took it to different European specialty shop. Turns out Fat City over torqued the drain plug and partially stripped the threads on the drain pan. Now my expensive oil change has become a huge headache and even more expensive with a repair I never should have needed.

  Very clean shop, parking available, fair pricing, friendly service and got my car in and out in no time. Great spot in the city!

  Exceptional quality of customer service and quality car repair. It can be difficult to find a reputable shop that you truly trust. Lance explains things in a digestible way, is professional and dependable, and always comes in within the estimates provided. Would highly recommend Lance and his team (especially to women who are skeptical when it comes to car shops/repairs).

  Horrible experience. Lance has a terrible attitude and tried charging nearly twice what most other mechanics charge. Even requesting itemized repair details seemed to be an issue for him, made us feel like a real burden. Bad customer service.

  Exceptional service! I was near by and couldn't get my car over to get serviced. The owner was kind enough to send someone to help jump start my car. Everyone there is super friendly and willing to explain in detail what was going on. The owner is very knowledgeable and even explained to me the reason why my windshield wiper kept breaking down without me even asking. They also gave a thorough cleaning at the end as part of their service. I will definitely be a returning customer.
