I bring my elderly mother there. Their service and workers behind the desk and on the phone are so pleasant to deal with. They have shown kindness to others. Not to mention the diagnosis always right on!

We use FastMed when kids come down sick simply because things come up quite quickly. The staff has always been professional and knowledgeable. They are equivalent to an ER without the hassle of waiting through the various stages of triage. To the lady who "waited" forever, you went online to complain, did you not see where you could pre-schedule your appointment? :) As for doctors starting with "what do you want me to do about it..." no comment other then, I doubt it started that way. Again, I have had over a dozen major surgeries since 1992 at the age of 12, several dozen minor procedures, I dont like doctors or hospitals because, well, I spend far too much time in them...these wonderful people do a fabulous job (Specifically 22nd street in Tucson)

My wife came in to see the doctor for her cough that she gets every year around this time. The doctor had limitations on what she would prescribe which was her choice not by regulation. The doctor was very helpful very professional very pleasant. The following day (Monday) my wife called our PCP and got the cough syrup that actually works. I understand the opioid crisis in the US right now but the doctor could have looked up her Rx history and seen my wife gets this cough syrup only once a year and that she isn't an abuser or part of the US epidemic.
