::I believe they use old oil, l check oil level and the oil was black, my vehicle ran ruff. Had to get it changed again at another shop now it runs much better.

::The main reason I came here was because I needed my inspection sticker. After noticing the awesome pricing for alignment and the fact that they do A/C work, I opted to dropping it off the next day. I was called and told what was wrong with the vehicle. Being knowledgeable with vehicles, I understood the problems with the vehicle and told them to do the work. When I got my car, I was really happy that the A/C was working (and has been working) phenomenally. Aside from that, it would have been nice if I was giving a breakdown of what I was paying for. Also, I asked for just an oil change (basic) but was charged for their Plus oil change (it includes topping off of fluids). My fluids were not topped off. Also, as clean as they can try to be, there were quite a bit of grease spots here and there. Last, but probably the most important one for me, was the over tightening of the lug nuts on my tires. I was unable to replace a flat due to this and if I was in a worse situation, would have really pissed me off. I would just tread lightly and just make sure they do what they tell you, other than that, it is an OK place if you have nowhere else to go.

::You get what you pay for. It is a cheap place for a reason. They are not very knowledgable on anything beyond the basic service of oil change etc. Also beware of all advertising. They do a lot of false advertising. I saw a flyer, asked the technician and he said that was their policy, but then was forced to pay regardless of them not providing any service. Big time scammers. If you have a policy and the employees recognize it, then the managers doing should honor it.

::Went to 45 and west road location to replace passenger front control arm. On test drive car stopped working had to tow to this shepherd location because they have diagnostic machine. Took my whole engine apart because different problems kept coming up. Crank shaft sensor snapped by belt, belt wore out hole on water pump and last thing 2 cylinders were cracked but I never saw my engine blow nor was there any burnt smell, and how were only 2 cylinders with no damage to the others? Well I learned that later... $600 and still no working car and in pieces. BEWARE!!! They prey on single women!!! This happened Aug 2011, had to repost because original post was deleted.
